This week's ginchy gal won two Country Music Television Music Awards Wednesday night, and is also a sassy spokesperson for Muttnation. Can I ask you... what is more American than a woman who loves puppies and guitars? I can't think of a single thing!
Miranda Lambert grew up in Lindale, Texas where her father, a retired police officer, taught her how to play guitar. The country music superstar says that growing up in the South where she learned to shoot a gun, barrel race, and played Annie Oakley in a school play, all helped influence her as a musician.
Today, she is married to fellow country singer Blake Shelton, and they live together at their home Oklahoma. She is truly an inspiration for all women, and in my eyes, she's a real princess.
