Hey there princess!
Today has many different names: Valentine’s Day, Single’s
Awareness Day, and as an added bonus, it’s my dad’s birthday. So, naturally, it
is a very busy day at my house. Reeses heart cups are flying around like crazy,
and you will more than likely end your day in a brand new pair of pink fuzzy
socks.
One tradition that my mom always liked for us to keep alive
was passing out homemade goodies to our friends. What started out as just Sweet Tarts
and Lisa Frank cards has evolved into making cake balls and cupcakes out the wazoo. Now,
this did result in the great burning of 2011, but hey, the scars have almost
faded, and I am pumped for round two. After all, I really can’t help that I’m a bit of a
pyro.
So ladies, don your tiaras, stilettos, and ruffled aprons
(they are more fun to bake in anyway) and go make someone’s day! Here is what I would suggest wearing this Valentine's Day in the kitchen...
