Hey there princess!

One of my favorite things to do on gloomy days (re. the past three weeks) is to watch movies and music videos that are bright and cheerful. For a few seconds, it's like the whole world is full of sunshine and rainbows, and what could possibly be bad about that?! Recently, I've fallen in love with Meghan Trainor's music video "Lips are Movin."

The whole video is full of bright outfits, confetti, and general merriment.

When this song first came out in October, I found it fun, but now that the weather here has taken a turn for the gloomy I am totally relying on it to brighten my day (plus the dancing around that inevitably happens with any Meghan Trainor hit is keeping me warm). What Would TSwift Wear Day 3

Hey there princess!

This is day three for the Taylor Swift "Blank Space" series, and I'm totally pumped to talk about this next outfit!

Nothing says "Sorry I dropped your Samsung S5 in this koi pond" like a little Naeem Khan! This absolutely adorable play costume is part of their Spring/Sumer 2014 collection, and I am over the moon about both the print and the structure of the outfit.

Taylor tops off the ensemble with some pink glittery Prada pumps (because who says Cinderella has to stick to glass slippers), and looks completely to die for!

Can't wait to see what new outfit we explore tomorrow!

What Would TSwift Wear Day 2

Hey there princess!

This week we are exploring the 20 outfits (yes.. that means one every 12 seconds) that Taylor Swift wears in her new music video "Blank Space." Don't pretend you weren't drooling over those ensembles just as much as you were the dreamy Sean O'Pry. Go ahead and wreck havoc.

In this bow-splattered gown Taylor hangs a portrait that she did of her love interest (who knew she was so talented?!? Get that girl a show on HGTV!!!). I know that when I'm hanging freshly-painted works of art in my in-home gallery I like to wear something Oscar-worthy.

So, it makes total sense to wear Oscar de la Renta!

Pro tip: change out of it if you plan on tossing your boyfriend's phone into a koi pond later. Tulle and pond scum totally don't mix!
